The CONNECT Program provides parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and anyone else caring for a young child the support, encouragement and valuable information needed to better understand the development and needs of children 0 to 5 years old. Having young children can be very overwhelming for anyone, but those caring for children with challenging behaviors or special needs are even more likely to be stressed. One of our goals is to connect parents and caregivers with one another for support and encouragement through small group discussions and community activities which help reduce the feelings of isolation and anxiety. We also strive to educate all those caring for or teaching young children about what is developmentally appropriate for these young children and what are realistic expectations. Through our parenting classes and workshops, we help you connect with your child in a variety of ways to help build healthy, positive relationships that benefit your child, your family and our whole community. Our SPROUTS Program promotes healthy development of young children. Click here for information on SPROUTS. Contact us for more information! You don't have to do this alone, we are here to help.
